Crelate is a recruiting platform for staffing firms, executive search agencies, consulting firms, and in-house recruiting teams. It combines applicant tracking with candidate and client relationship management, branded job portals, sourcing, resume parsing, workflow automation, reporting, outreach, and connections to back-office, HCM, and payroll systems. Its feature mix is particularly suited to agencies that need recruiting operations and business development in one system rather than a narrow applicant database.

The paid structure starts with Essentials at $85 per user per month when billed annually, and the entry offering includes two users. Essentials covers ATS functions, recruiting CRM, a job portal, resume parsing, sourcing, and unlimited jobs and companies. Business costs $119 per user per month and adds an AI Assistant, client and team portals, job posting, resume tools, reports and analytics, and technical support. Business Plus adds advanced AI, premium client portals, increased storage, business development workflows, automation and sequences, and full API and integrations. Platform uses usage-based pricing and adds agents, priority support, MCP, webhooks, and enterprise support and auditing options.

Crelate fits teams that value breadth across recruiting, sales, candidate engagement, and reporting. It connects with Outlook, Zapier, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, RingCentral, HubSpot, Monday, Salesforce, Dynamics, People 2.0, Sense, CSV, and ServiceNow, while also offering REST API and webhook capabilities at higher tiers. The tradeoff is cost and tier dependence: smaller teams may find the paid entry point difficult to justify, while organizations needing advanced connectivity must move beyond Essentials. Agencies seeking CRM depth and agency workflows should consider Crelate; teams wanting a simple, low-cost ATS should look for a narrower alternative.
