A broad home-building platform with offline mobile apps and undisclosed pricing.

CPro360 is construction management software for residential general contractors, developers, and home builders. It brings schedules, budgets, cost tracking, change orders, RFIs, daily logs, photos, client communication, bidding, and accounting connections into one workspace. Web, iOS, and Android access support office and field teams, while portfolio dashboards give builders a view across active projects. Its strongest fit is small to mid-sized residential construction teams that need mobile access, offline operation, and a broad set of project controls.
The platform’s feature coverage is wider than a basic scheduling tool. Schedules can include dependencies and weather-aware rescheduling, while budget-versus-actual tracking, cost codes, job costing, and change orders connect financial and operational work. Subcontractor and GC portals include unlimited portal seats, and a separate client portal supports project updates and timelines. Online subcontractor bidding and bid leveling extend the workflow before construction begins. AI assistance covers receipts, invoices, quotations, estimating, and bids, which may appeal to teams looking to reduce repetitive administrative work.
CPro360 also connects with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Sage, Buildertrend CSV, Stripe, Google Calendar, and Twilio. The trade-off is that pricing is not exposed by tier or amount, so buyers need to clarify the commercial fit before committing. The product is paid and includes a 30-day free trial without a credit card requirement. It does not yet provide a dedicated selections workflow, which matters for builders managing finish choices and approvals. Choose CPro360 for broad residential project management with offline field support; consider an alternative if selections management or fully visible pricing is central to the buying decision.
