CozyHR review
A broad HRMS for Indian SMBs that adds structure, payroll and people operations.

CozyHR is a cloud HRMS for HR administrators, payroll teams, founders and operations leaders. Its scope extends from employee records and organizational structure to attendance, leave, payroll, statutory compliance, workflows and employee self-service. It also includes performance management, recruiting, projects and timesheets, making it a fit for Indian SMBs that want one workspace for broad employee operations rather than a narrowly focused job-architecture system.
Pricing is organized into three tiers. Starter costs ₹4,999 per month and includes the employee master, leave and attendance, employee self-service and basic reports. Growth costs ₹12,999 per month and adds payroll previews and payslips, PF, ESI, PT and TDS ledgers, biometric devices and sync logs, plus workflow approvals. Enterprise adds multi-entity legal setup, a developer console and webhooks, advanced RBAC and audit logs, and a custom report builder. The published plans show a paid product with no free plan. Teams should compare the operational features they need against the higher tiers, particularly when payroll, statutory records or advanced administration are priorities.
Platform coverage includes web, Android, an API and a Chrome extension. Integration options span Google, Microsoft, SAML 2.0, SCIM 2.0, Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, SMS, Google Calendar, Outlook, Jira, Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks and Tally. The feature set also includes OKRs, review cycles, calibration, nine-box evaluations, 1:1 meetings, promotions, skills analytics and AI applicant tracking with resume parsing, matching and video interviews. CozyHR suits organizations seeking connected HR operations with governance controls. Organizations specifically evaluating job families, career paths or a dedicated architecture discipline should consider a more specialized product.
