Coworks is a workspace management platform for coworking operators, flexible workspaces, makerspaces, entrepreneurship centers, and hybrid offices. It brings together room and equipment booking, member management, billing and invoicing, events, check-ins, member communications, analytics, and multi-campus administration. Members can reserve resources, find other members, view site information, and manage account details through the mobile app. Its strongest fit is for teams coordinating several locations while keeping member-facing tools in one system.

Pricing is organized into Hybrid Workspace, Coworking Premium, and Enterprise tiers. Hybrid Workspace costs $149 per month with annual billing or $199 per month with monthly billing, and includes the member mobile app, unlimited room and equipment booking, event management, tablet apps for the front desk and meeting rooms, and check-ins. Coworking Premium costs $249 per month with annual billing or $299 per month with monthly billing. It adds automated billing, guest external bookings, day passes, membership signup forms, Passport capabilities, and all standard integrations. Enterprise includes unlimited members, custom integrations, priority support, open API access, and a custom branded app store listing.

The platform has broad operational coverage, including a member directory, leads database and tracking, occupancy reporting, analytics, and multi-campus management. Its ecosystem includes QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Salesforce, Zapier, IronWiFi, and access-control services such as Brivo, Kisi, and Salto. That breadth suits operators replacing separate tools for reservations, community administration, events, and access. Teams wanting only a focused booking tool may find the wider feature set unnecessary, while organizations needing unlimited members, custom integrations, or priority support should consider Enterprise. Coworks is a strong choice for multi-campus operators that value member tools and centralized administration.
