A broad consultancy workflow, but £150/month makes value a key consideration.

ConsultCloud is a web-based cloud platform for consulting firms and agencies that need to move from client requirements to proposals, Statements of Work and project staffing. It can turn notes, calls or conversations into AI-generated project briefs, assist with proposal drafting, create SoWs, and support reusable, versioned templates. The workflow also includes Word and PDF exports, client e-signatures, and consultant matching by skills and availability, making it suited to professional-services teams that manage both selling and resourcing.

Pricing is structured around three plans and a separate workflow top-up option. Starter costs £150 per month and includes AI Brief Generation, Proposal Generation, Statement of Work Generation, standard templates and PDF export. Growth costs £240 per month and adds integrations, reporting and email support, along with everything in Starter. Scale includes everything in Growth plus enterprise security, Single Sign-On, API access, advanced permissions and Advanced Analytics. The one-time top-ups cost £148 for five workflows, £296 for 10, or £444 for 15; these workflows do not expire. A seven-day free trial is available, and listed prices exclude VAT.

The strongest case for ConsultCloud is its breadth across proposal drafting, document reuse, signatures and resource matching rather than a narrow proposal-only feature set. Teams that want AI-assisted content and an administrative workflow in one web platform should find the feature mix relevant. Smaller firms may find Starter sufficient for document creation and export, but teams needing reporting, integrations or email support must move to Growth. Organisations requiring API access, Single Sign-On or advanced permissions need Scale. Firms looking for a lower-cost entry point, a free plan or a different platform mix should consider alternatives.
