connectSignage is a digital signage platform for organizations coordinating communications across one or more locations. It combines an HTML5 content editor with scheduling, automated playback, centralized screen and location management, user roles, monitoring, reporting, and offline playback. Supported content includes images, videos, GIFs, PDFs, Office content, RSS, weather, and TV sources. Cloud and on-premises deployment options make it relevant to retail, corporate communications, healthcare, education, hospitality, and other multi-location environments.
Pricing is quote-based, with 12-, 36-, or 60-month terms, and a 30-day trial is available for evaluation. The Classic plan covers content, planning, playback, central management, monitoring, and offline capability. Professional adds multi-user administration, APIs, databases, Active Directory, social media integrations, touch, triggers, and statistics. Rooms includes Professional features for tablets and displays up to 15 inches, along with room booking through Exchange, Google Workspace, or iCal. Integration coverage also includes Power BI, ERP and inventory-management systems, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, YouTube, OneDrive, RSS, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
The strongest fit is a network that needs more than basic playlist playback. Advanced roles, API access, device-status monitoring, playback reporting, and synchronized video-wall playback support structured administration across distributed screens. Offline playback can help maintain scheduled content when connectivity is interrupted. Organizations seeking a straightforward, openly priced tool for a small screen network may prefer an alternative, since connectSignage uses sales-led pricing and places several administration and integration capabilities in Professional. Choose it when centralized control, business-system connections, and reporting are priorities; look elsewhere when a permanent free plan or simple self-service pricing is essential.
