Congress Plus Advocacy is a customizable legislative action center for nonprofits, associations, corporations, and other advocacy organizations. Supporters can contact federal, state, and local legislators through email, phone, Facebook, and X; sign petitions; comment on regulations; send letters to the editor; and participate in multichannel campaigns. Organizations can embed action pages on their websites or use standalone hosted pages, making the product suitable for teams that want advocacy journeys connected to an existing web presence.

Its strongest area is campaign depth. Message targeting can use vote position, bill cosponsorship, and committee membership, while email and SMS messaging extend outreach beyond a single action. Petition creation includes signature tracking and reports, and regulatory comment campaigns add a route for issue-specific participation. A/B testing, advocate engagement tracking, real-time activity maps, and event mode support measurement and live mobilization. Nine listed integrations—including Salesforce, Zapier, DonorPerfect, Bloomerang, iMIS, NationBuilder, Nimble, and NetForum—can help connect advocacy activity with constituent and fundraising systems.

Pricing follows a contact-sales process: the vendor’s implementation page says pricing and terms are discussed during a live demo. That model is better suited to organizations evaluating a configurable advocacy program than to teams seeking a self-serve purchase with published tiers. Congress Plus Advocacy should appeal to groups that need legislative targeting, petitions, regulatory comments, messaging, and embeddable action centers in one web-based product. Smaller teams with only a basic petition requirement may find its wider campaign scope unnecessary.
