ConferenceCommunicator is a modular event management platform from Attendwise ApS for professional conferences, exhibitions, business events, employee events and courses. Its scope covers configurable registration forms, paid registration, payment processing, attendee communications, arrival scanning, name-badge printing, exhibitor tools, matchmaking, event apps and online or hybrid delivery. Organizations can select modules and manage event content through a shared administration system, making it a strong fit for larger, multi-part conference programs rather than simple event signups.

Pricing is structured around participant volume and selected modules. Registration System plans are available for events under 250, 500, 2,000 or 4,000 participants, with flexible forms, participant administration, attendee messaging and arrival scanning. Event App plans cover events under 500, 1,000 or 2,000 participants and add personalized programs, attendee and exhibitor lists, online questions and voting, plus push and SMS messages. The published starting price is 12,495, with official pricing examples in DKK excluding VAT. A 10% setup fee is added at startup for the registration system, while payment and other modules may cost extra.

The platform’s strongest distinction is its breadth across the event lifecycle: registration, onsite operations, exhibitor lead scanning, interactive stand plans, matchmaking and meeting booking sit alongside web, iOS and Android experiences. Listed integrations include Nets Easy, CPSMS, Zapier, Planorama and IEX. That range should appeal to conference organizers coordinating attendees, exhibitors and scheduled meetings in one system. Organizations running small, straightforward events may find the paid, modular structure and setup fee less suitable than a narrower registration tool.
