Our verdict on Conference NOW
Conference NOW provides telephone conference rooms through Android and iOS apps. Users create a room with a call-in number and PIN, then share the details by message, email, or copy and paste. The free version requires no registration or payment, making it a fit for mobile users who need a straightforward way to organize small audio calls. Participants can join from phones worldwide using numbers provided in the United States and Canada. The published comparison table sets the Free plan's capacity at 10 callers.
Its strongest area is practical call moderation. Hosts can join as moderators, mute or unmute individual participants or everyone, view participants, and identify who is speaking. Multiple conference rooms and conference call history add useful organization for people who run recurring meetings or separate conversations. The apps focus on core audio conferencing rather than a broad collaboration ecosystem, and integrations are absent, so organizations seeking connections to other business tools should consider a more integrated alternative.
The main plan distinction is between Free and Pro. Free includes room creation, call-in access, sharing, participant visibility, moderation, multiple rooms, and call history. Pro adds recording, playback, sharing of recorded calls, additional moderators, participant disconnection, and larger conferences; the published comparison table lists capacity of 100 callers for Pro. Conference NOW suits individuals and small groups that prioritize mobile access and uncomplicated telephone rooms. It is less suitable for larger free meetings, teams that require integrations, or buyers who need recording without moving to Pro.
