CondoAide is a web-based platform for Quebec condo syndicates, self-managed boards, co-owners and professional property managers. It combines digital co-ownership document registries, archiving, Bill 16 maintenance-log and attestation tracking, accounting, budgets, financial statements, reserve-fund tracking, assessments, vendor records, owner communications and meeting administration. French and English support, Quebec data hosting and a property-manager plan make it especially relevant to Canadian condo operations with document and reserve responsibilities.
Pricing follows a freemium model. The Free plan costs CAD 0 per month for up to 5 units, 1 building and 2 administrator users, with document storage and archiving, basic Bill 16 attestation features and email support. Starter costs CAD 39 per month for up to 50 units and adds 5 administrator users, an owner portal with QR code, and unlimited requests and expenses. Management costs CAD 79 per month and includes 10 administrator users, advanced finances, per-unit obligations, unlimited assemblies and board meetings, plus priority support. Pro costs CAD 129 per month for up to 200 units, 5 buildings and 15 administrator users, with advanced finances and priority support. Prices are in Canadian dollars, billed monthly, and exclude applicable taxes. A 60-day trial is also available.
The accounting scope is broader than document storage alone: CondoAide supports assessment notices and payment tracking, vendor and contractor records with payment history, CSV bank-statement import, bank reconciliation, transaction history and actual-versus-budget tracking. AI document summaries and management assistance add another layer to the administrative workflow. The trade-off is a contained ecosystem: the platform runs on the web, and integrations are not part of its stated feature set. Owner ledgers are also outside the stated capabilities. Choose CondoAide for Quebec-focused condo administration that needs compliance preparation, reserves, finances and owner communication in one system. Boards requiring verified owner ledgers or connected third-party services should consider an alternative.
