Concrete ERP review
A plant-focused ERP for concrete orders, dispatch, production, quality and billing.

Concrete ERP is a web-based management system for ready-mix and precast concrete plants. It brings sales orders, delivery notes, dispatch scheduling, mix designs, material stock, production, fleet maintenance, quality control, invoicing, receivables and management reports into one system. Its strongest fit is for concrete producers managing plant and delivery operations rather than contractors focused on bidding. The product supports separate company databases and uses one shared dataset across operations.
Pricing is quote-based and the vendor describes pricing by plant rather than by user. Standard includes orders, dispatch and delivery notes, mix designs and material stock, standard reports, and unlimited users. Pro adds precast and prestressed production, billing, receivables, management reports, and per-person screen permissions. Enterprise adds external accounting integration, custom development, and a dedicated support team. A 30-day trial is available without requiring a card. The plans are structured for single-plant operations, organizations with up to three plants, and enterprises with unlimited plants.
Operational depth is the main reason to consider Concrete ERP. Its feature set reaches beyond scheduling into material stock deduction, aggregate-moisture compensation, production orders, fuel and maintenance work orders, and quality records for slump, specimens, curing age and compression results. Invoicing and receivables extend the workflow into administration. The trade-off is focus: the product includes concrete estimating and job costing, but not bid management, and its listed platform is web-based. Producers that need plant coordination, delivery control and production visibility should shortlist it; contractors primarily seeking bid management should choose a more construction-sales-focused alternative.
