ComplyDog is a cloud-based GDPR privacy operations product for software companies and small teams. It combines a hosted compliance portal and security page with self-service forms for access, deletion, and correction requests. Teams can also publish a branded cookie consent banner, manage subprocessors with portal updates when tools are added, and display a GDPR compliance badge. Its focus is on customer-facing privacy processes rather than broad compliance program management, which makes it a closer fit for teams that need a GDPR portal than for organizations seeking a general control and risk system.

The monthly plans scale by request volume and number of company portals. Solo costs $49 per month and includes 100 data subject requests monthly and one portal. Teams costs $99 per month for 1,000 requests and five portals, while Agency costs $199 per month for unlimited requests and 20 portals. All three list custom domain and branding, a cookie widget, DocuSign and Dropbox Sign integrations, and email support. A 14-day free trial is available without a card requirement. This structure gives small teams a defined entry tier while letting multi-portal operators pay for higher request limits.

Its clearest strength is the joined-up GDPR workflow: publish compliance information, collect privacy requests, sign DPAs digitally, and keep subprocessors updated in one service. Integrations are limited to DocuSign and Dropbox Sign, and the product does not cover evidence collection, risk assessments, control mapping, remediation workflows, or vendor risk management. Teams needing those capabilities or compliance coverage beyond GDPR should look elsewhere. ComplyDog is better suited to small teams that want a hosted privacy-facing portal and request handling without a broader compliance management suite.

    • Solo starts at $49 per month for 100 requests and one portal
