A focused cloud PIM for ETIM-based industrial catalogs and ERP-connected publishing.

Compano PIM is a cloud-based product information management system for manufacturers and suppliers in the construction and installation industry. It centralizes product descriptions, classifications, specifications, prices, images, videos, manuals, certificates, and related information. Its fit is strongest for small, mid-market, and enterprise teams managing industrial catalogs that depend on ETIM, ERP data, websites, webshops, data pools, and publication channels.
The product’s main strength is its industry-oriented data structure. Teams can import information from ERP, PLM, DAM, data pools, and Excel, then enrich and classify products with ETIM or custom classifications. Digital asset storage links images and other assets to product records, while multilingual management supports international product data. Publishing options extend to websites, webshops, data pools, marketplaces, print and InDesign, BI systems, and APIs. Named integrations include SAP, MS Dynamics F&O, AFAS, Exact Multivers, Navision, IBM Maximo, and Kerridge Wholesale.
Pricing is presented through three plans: PIM WebConnect - NL, PIM WebConnect - International, and PIM Private - WebConnect NL. The official pricing page displays starting amounts of “from 200,-”, “from 425,-”, and “from 625,-”. The plans differentiate between Dutch and international product data, with the international option adding multilingual product data and translation into all world languages. The Private plan adds a private PIM and custom fields alongside ETIM data. Compano PIM suits organizations that prioritize ETIM classification, centralized catalog data, digital assets, and broad publishing connections. Organizations seeking local deployment, 24/7 support, or a workflow centered on quality rules, approvals, or AI should consider alternatives.
