Cohentis is a browser-based change management tool for change managers, project leads and HR professionals. It brings planning, stakeholder mapping, success criteria, adoption measurement, risk tracking, listening missions and follow-up into a local project file. The free offering is divided into three apps: Change plan for initiative-level work, Change portfolio for an organisation-wide view, and Change mission for collecting conversation feedback on a phone or through open mission files.

The pricing structure is straightforward. Change plan, Change portfolio and Change mission are free, covering timelines, dependencies, waves, stakeholder maps, measurements, blind spots, risks, initiative portfolios and feedback capture. Pro costs $20 per change manager per month, billed monthly. It adds returned mission-file merging, reports without the watermark, a strategy-to-the-floor portfolio image and one licence covering all three apps. That makes Cohentis a practical fit for small teams that need core OCM workflows without committing to a larger paid platform.

Its local-data approach is a notable part of the product design. Cohentis states that project work remains on the user’s device and that the app operates without user accounts or a server holding project data. The feature set also includes impact assessment, change analytics and an audit trail. However, the product is web-only and does not include AI or verified integrations. Choose Cohentis when planning, evidence capture, adoption rhythms and portfolio visibility are the priority, especially for small teams. Choose an alternative when connected enterprise ecosystems, AI assistance or broader integration coverage are central requirements.
