CoDash brings HR and performance tools together for growing teams, with a particular emphasis on recurring conversations and goal progress. Its performance features include shared 1:1 agendas, notes and carry-over actions, individual goals, OKRs, review cycles, 360-degree feedback and weekly check-ins. That mix suits small and mid-market teams looking for a regular process connecting individual priorities with reviews, rather than a tool limited to annual appraisals. The wider platform also covers people records, time off, engagement, hiring, learning, compliance and reporting.

Recurring 1:1s and goal-setting are the clearest reasons to consider CoDash. Goals and OKRs support alignment, cascading and roll-ups, while review cycles combine self-assessment, manager review and peer input. Weekly check-ins capture priorities, wins, blockers and pulse scores. A privacy-gated AI manager coach suggests conversations from aggregated signals, and anonymous feedback to a review subject includes manager attribution. Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook are listed integrations; the platform supports web and mobile, with iOS and Android apps alongside an API.

According to the vendor's pricing page, Core costs £99 per month and includes the first 20 people. Annual billing charges for 10 months for 12. Pro costs £199 per month and adds OIDC single sign-on, enforced 2FA, a REST API, signed webhooks, custom roles and granular permissions; annual billing follows the same 10-for-12 structure. CoDash is paid-only, so teams seeking a free plan should look elsewhere. It may also be a poor fit where ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification is a requirement: CoDash states that it has neither. Choose it for a structured 1:1, goals and review cadence; consider alternatives if those certifications or a free tier are essential.
