CocoonFMS is a cloud-based freight management suite for freight forwarders, transport companies, 3PLs and related logistics operators. Its CocoonOPS system brings together quotation and booking management, multimodal consignments, shipment milestones, real-time tracking, documents, invoicing, customs workflows and customer portals. Browser-based access covers air, ocean, road, rail and courier freight workflows, while the platform also includes tools for carbon emissions reporting, demurrage and detention management, and AI-assisted document and purchase-invoice processing.
Pricing is split across user-based CocoonOPS plans and shipment-based CocoonTMP plans. CocoonOPS costs £85 per user per month for 1–10 users, £80 for 11–20, £75 for 21–50, and £70 for 51–100, with quote management, document management, consignment management, invoicing and customer portal access included in each listed tier. The 100+ user plan is positioned as an enterprise transport management system without a published price. CocoonTMP costs £1 per shipment per month for 0–1,000 shipments and £0.5 for 1,001–10,000 shipments; the 10,001+ tier includes shipment visibility, document access, a customer portal and booking tools without a published price. A 28-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.
The product’s main strength is breadth: teams can connect operational work with customs-provider integrations, carrier and shipment cost management, finance integrations, EDI, APIs, vehicle tracking systems and ERP platforms. Xero, QuickBooks and Sage are listed integrations, and the customer portal supports shipment visibility and bookings. That scope suits organizations coordinating multiple transport modes and related back-office processes. Smaller teams seeking only basic booking or tracking may find the wider suite more than they need, while larger organizations should account for sales involvement at the 100+ user level. CocoonFMS is a fit for teams that want one system spanning freight operations, visibility, documents and finance.
