Coacha is cloud-based management software for gymnastics clubs and other coached sports organisations. It brings recurring and one-off class, session and event scheduling together with automatically generated registers, attendance and absence reporting, skills and grades progression, and member and parent portals. Clubs can also manage bookings, payments, communications, safeguarding and access controls, plus event availability and team selection. Web access and iOS and Android apps support clubs that need administration across more than a single class register.
Its strongest distinction for gymnastics is the combination of routine club operations with skills progression and meet-related planning. The platform tracks skills and grades, while event and fixture availability and team selection help organise participation. This is a broader fit than a tool focused only on calendars or attendance. Payment management covers subscriptions, cards and direct debit; integrations include Stripe, GoCardless, Twilio, Xero, QuickBooks and Sage. Clubs seeking an all-in-one workflow across members, parents, coaches and events have a reason to consider it, while a club needing only simple scheduling may find this scope unnecessary.
The published plans show a free-for-life Lite tier for up to 50 members, with unlimited classes and registers. Premium costs £36 per month and adds unlimited members, staff and helpers, unlimited courses, apps and member portal logins. Custom is £60 per month and adds branding and colour customisation, B2B invoicing, personalised system emails, and a store and eCommerce. Custom Plus includes assisted account management, video-call and telephone support, and a dedicated account manager; no price is stated for that tier. A 14-day free trial is also offered. Coacha suits clubs that want progression and meet workflows alongside administration, with Premium or above relevant beyond Lite's member cap; clubs that do not need that breadth should compare narrower scheduling options.
