CM Fusion is cloud-based construction management software for general contractors and other construction organizations. Its workflow spans document management, project scheduling with dependencies, daily field reports, tasks, time tracking, cost tracking, change orders, submittals, RFIs, bid requests, punch lists and meeting minutes. The product is aimed at general contractors, subcontractors, specialty contractors, construction managers, architects, engineers, homebuilders and property investors. Small teams looking for a low-complexity system across core project activities are the clearest fit.

The product’s breadth is its main strength. Scheduling, site activity, photos, assignments, reminders, timesheets, budgets, approvals, PDF submittal logs and RFI attachments sit within one construction-focused workflow. Bid response tracking and punch lists extend coverage beyond day-to-day project administration. QuickBooks is the listed integration, giving teams a defined accounting connection while keeping the wider ecosystem relatively narrow. CM Fusion is therefore better suited to organizations that can work within a web-only platform and do not require a broad integration catalog.

Pricing has a free plan and a 30-day trial. The Pro plan costs $199 per month and includes 100 active projects, unlimited users, 100 GB of data storage and all features. Enterprise costs $349 per month and includes unlimited projects, unlimited users, 1 TB of data storage and all features. Both paid plans cover the same feature set, with the main difference being project capacity and storage. Choose CM Fusion when one system for construction operations matters more than mobile-native access or extensive integrations; teams needing a broader platform ecosystem should consider an alternative.
