Clover Dining is a restaurant point-of-sale and payment system for full-service and other dining businesses. It combines restaurant order entry, order modification, table mapping, kitchen order routing, menu management, inventory tracking, online ordering, tableside payments, employee controls, and reporting. Its payment options include cards, mobile wallets, gift cards, PayPal, Venmo, Klarna, cash, checks, BNPL, and Pay by Bank, with support for in-person payments, recurring billing, payment links, and payment QR codes.

The published plans are hardware-and-software bundles. Starter includes Station Solo POS, a cash drawer, a receipt printer, the Restaurant Growth software plan, and front-of-house order and payment taking. Standard adds Flex handheld POS and tableside ordering and firing. Advanced includes Station Solo POS, Flex handheld POS, Station Duo POS, a cash drawer, a receipt printer, and the Restaurant Growth software plan. Each plan is offered through contact sales, and there is no free plan. Standard deposits typically take 1–3 days; Rapid Deposit supports merchant-defined transfer schedules for an additional fee.

Clover Dining’s strongest fit is a restaurant that needs coordinated front-of-house, tableside, kitchen, online-ordering, and payment workflows. Employee logins, permissions, and shift management add operational controls, while sales, tax, and cost reporting support day-to-day oversight. Clover App Market provides the listed integration path, and the product is available through web and API platforms. Businesses seeking a general retail POS may find its restaurant emphasis less suitable, while dining operators needing table service and kitchen coordination should find the plan structure and hardware options more relevant.
