Cloudy CMS is a cloud-based digital signage platform for cafés, restaurants, retailers, gyms, clinics, money changers, and other multi-outlet businesses. Its online dashboard centralizes media uploads, playlist creation, scheduling, publishing, and screen monitoring. The platform supports Android TV devices, Android tablets, and compatible smart-TV setups, making it a fit for organizations that want simple image-and-video signage managed across multiple locations.

The published plans show an Introductory plan at $20 per device per month, billed monthly, with unlimited content and playlists, scheduling by day, time, and location, AI chat integration, offline playback, and live status for every screen. A 14-day free trial is available. Distributor plans include billing on actual screen count, free demo screens, and an annual plan option. Cloudy’s pricing structure is easiest to understand for smaller or growing deployments using the introductory tier; larger distributor deployments should evaluate the screen-count billing terms before choosing a plan.

Its strongest operational feature is centralized control across locations. Teams can publish updates to selected screens in real time, manage content by location, rotate screens in portrait or custom orientations, and continue playback from a local cache when connectivity drops. Live online, playing, and offline status can help identify screen conditions from the dashboard. The trade-off is a narrow ecosystem: playback is centered on Android, management runs through the web, and the verified content scope is images and videos. Choose Cloudy CMS for straightforward Android signage across multiple outlets; organizations needing broader player coverage, a dedicated management mobile app, or a wider content ecosystem should consider another platform.
