CloudM Migrate is email and data migration software for organizations moving between Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, IMAP and other supported platforms. It is designed for complex business changes such as tenant consolidations, mergers, acquisitions and large-scale workspace transitions. Depending on the migration path, it can move mail, attachments, folders, mailboxes, contacts, address books, calendars, tasks and chat data. Support for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 includes tenant-to-tenant migration, while staged migration capabilities cover pilot, bulk and delta passes.
Its strongest fit is broad platform and ecosystem coverage. CloudM lists integrations with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, IMAP, Zimbra, Box, Dropbox, SharePoint, Google Vault, Amazon S3 and Azure Storage. Pre-migration environment discovery and readiness assessment help structure the work before data transfer, while migration reporting, audit logs and service logs provide project visibility. Hosted and self-hosted deployment options suit organizations with different operational requirements, and the REST API supports migration project automation.
The published plan categories are organized by destination and migration scope. Options include full user migration to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, mail-only migration to Microsoft 365, and shared-drive or public-folder migration to either platform. Full user plans cover mail, calendar, contacts, tasks and chat with unlimited data; shared-drive and public-folder plans include permissions and folder structures, with version history listed for the Microsoft 365 option. According to the vendor's pricing page, migration licenses require a sales quote. CloudM Migrate suits enterprise teams that need control across platforms and migration phases; a straightforward mail-only project may not need its wider planning and automation scope.
