Clockwork is a cloud FP&A platform for growing businesses, founders, finance teams, accounting firms, and outsourced CFOs. It combines weekly cash-flow forecasting with three-statement financial modeling, scenario planning, department budgeting, headcount and compensation planning, variance comparisons, dashboards, alerts, and reporting. Its Mira conversational AI analyst adds financial analysis through natural-language interaction. The product is aimed at teams that need more structured planning than accounting software alone provides, particularly when cash visibility and workforce decisions are central to finance operations.
Pricing is organized around business and firm use cases. Predict costs $499 per month billed annually and includes an AI financial analyst, 12-month projections and cash-flow forecasting, payroll-connected headcount planning, and scenario planning. Ultimate costs $1,199 per month billed annually and adds multi-entity consolidated forecasting, a conversational AI analyst, advanced Smart Alerts, and board-ready reporting. Enterprise adds access to a CFO, custom Mira workflows, white-glove implementation, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Firm plans start with Start at $799 per month billed annually for up to 10 client files, followed by Scale at $1,999 for up to 30 and Growth at $3,999 for up to 80. Growth adds Advisory Copilot, white-glove implementation, SSO, SOC 2 Type II, and audit logs. A firm Enterprise plan supports 80+ client files with custom API integration, unlimited multi-entity consolidation, and a named implementation team and training.
Its ecosystem covers QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Xero, ADP, Gusto, Rippling, Paychex, Justworks, Paycom, Paylocity, UKG, Excel, CSV, and Google Sheets. That connectivity supports accounting, payroll, and spreadsheet-driven planning without narrowing the product to one data source. Consolidated forecasting, custom KPI dashboards, threshold- and trend-based alerts, and client-branded reporting broaden its use for finance teams and advisory firms. Clockwork is a strong fit for organizations prioritizing cash-flow planning and expanding financial operations. Businesses requiring access beyond the web platform or a free starting tier should choose a different FP&A tool.
