ClickHome is construction management software for residential builders, covering the workflow from sales and pre-construction through scheduling, trade coordination, financial control, customer communication, maintenance and warranty management. Its scope suits established builders that need lifecycle coverage across office and field teams, rather than a narrow scheduling tool. The platform supports web, Windows, iOS and Android, with field tools for iPad and Windows and trade coordination through JobFile.

Pricing is organized around construction scope. Build costs $225 per job and includes construction call-sheets, an iPad supervisor app, trade callups through JobFile, site compliance check-ins and web access. Manage costs $375 per job and adds pre-construction workflows, progress claims, variations, approvals, cost tracking and forecasting. Succeed costs $550 per job and adds leads and sales automation, quotes, contracts, customer selections and cross-job scheduling visibility. Each of these plans has a stated minimum spend of 5 jobs. Cloud Connect is an optional $100-per-month add-on for a branded customer portal, online tenders, customer-driven selections, progress updates, messaging and maintenance requests. A 30-day trial is available without a credit card.

The strongest fit is a builder that wants one system for budgets, committed costs, purchase orders, inspections, defects, compliance, selections, claims and customer updates. Integrations include Dynamics AX, Xero, DataBuild, Beams, Constructor, BusinessCraft, Zapier, DocuSign, Microsoft Teams, HubSpot and SMS. Enterprise Hosted / On Prem adds all modules, customizable workflows and integrations, custom development and reporting, plus JobFile and MyHome. Smaller builders with straightforward projects may find the per-job structure and multi-tier feature split less suitable; teams needing broad operational coverage should consider ClickHome.
