ClearFeed is a helpdesk for teams handling customer or employee requests across collaboration and support channels. It brings conversations from Slack, email, web chat, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Telegram and customer portals into ticket workflows, managed in Slack or a browser-based inbox. Teams can use ClearFeed’s own ticketing or connect existing systems, making it relevant for small and midsize support groups as well as larger organizations that want collaboration tools in their intake path.

The published agent-based plans show Starter at $24 per agent per month and Professional at $49 per agent per month, both billed monthly. Starter includes tickets from Slack channels, email and web chat, a browser inbox and unlimited automations. Professional adds SLA configuration and reports, advanced assignment rules, a customer and employee portal, a knowledge base, and Microsoft Teams, Discord and Telegram channels. A 14-day trial is available. Custom / Enterprise lists SAML SSO, custom DPA and security review, and a HIPAA plan and BAA. The vendor also describes usage-based plans starting at $40 per month for 10 channels and 100 tickets, and advertises a discount for annual subscriptions.

Integrations are a key fit: alongside Slack and Teams, ClearFeed connects with ticketing and project tools including Zendesk, Jira, Jira Service Management, Intercom, Salesforce Service Cloud, Freshdesk, Linear, ClickUp, HubSpot, Asana, GitHub, Notion and Confluence. Automation, approval flows, workload management and SLA alerts help structure the work after a conversation arrives; AI agents can draw on connected knowledge and tools to answer or resolve queries. This breadth suits teams consolidating support requests without abandoning their existing systems. Teams seeking the most capability at the entry tier should weigh the Professional-only portal, SLA reporting and channel options before choosing; smaller teams with simpler routing needs may find Starter sufficient.
