Clear Impact is a web-based impact measurement platform for nonprofits, government agencies, funders, and other mission-driven organizations. Its modules cover participant intake and case management, outcome measurement, performance reporting, and public communication. Compyle handles participant data collection through intake forms and surveys, Scorecard organizes results and performance measures, and Showcase publishes public-facing impact dashboards. That combination suits small teams that need to connect service data with outcomes without adopting separate tools for every reporting task.

The free plan provides Scorecard and Compyle, with up to 3 user accounts and a limit of 10 participant records in Compyle. The broader plan lineup separates the platform into Suite, Scorecard, Compyle, Showcase, and Unlimited options. Suite adds Showcase, unlimited user accounts, a Results-Based Accountability AI Assistant, and unlimited Showcase dashboards. Standalone plans focus on specific needs: Scorecard includes 50 measures, Compyle includes 500 participant records, and Showcase includes unlimited dashboards. Unlimited combines the three products with shared network data and aggregate performance reporting. Teams should compare these boundaries with their reporting volume and collaboration needs before choosing a tier.

Clear Impact’s strongest fit is an organization that wants a connected measurement workflow: collect participant information, track indicators and programs, generate custom or pre-designed reports, share data with partners, and publish results. CSV imports, API connectivity, and live synchronization between Compyle, Scorecard, and Showcase support that workflow. The platform is less suitable for teams that need mobile-native access or a narrowly focused standalone case-management tool, since its coverage centers on web and API use and its capabilities are distributed across modules. Choose Clear Impact when impact reporting and public accountability need to work together; consider an alternative when those functions are not central.
