ChMeetings is church management software for churches, ministries, dioceses, and growing congregations. It brings together people and family records, groups and ministries, events, attendance, child check-in, giving, messaging, volunteer scheduling, worship planning, accounting, forms, reports, and a member portal. Administrators and members can access the system through a web browser or Android and iOS apps.

Its plan structure is based on the number of active people stored in an account. The Free plan supports 50 people and includes event registration and payment, child check-in with nametags, and a mobile app. V. Small supports 100 people and adds online giving and pledges, volunteer scheduling, and accounting. Small supports 250 people and includes worship planning and automations, while Medium and Large support 500 and 1,000 people with advanced reports. Unlimited removes the stated people limit. A 30-day free trial is also available, and annual billing charges for 10 months instead of 12. SMS and voice messaging cost extra.

ChMeetings is a strong fit for organizations that want one system spanning administration, member communication, events, giving, and Sunday operations. Its integrations with Stripe, PayPal, Mailchimp, Zapier, Twilio, SMS Global, and Clickatell extend its payment, messaging, marketing, and automation options. The main trade-off is that some communication and branding needs add cost beyond the core plan. Churches that need child check-in, volunteer coordination, accounting, and worship planning in the same platform should consider ChMeetings; smaller groups may prefer a narrower tool if they only need basic member records or event registration.
