A focused cheer platform for tryouts, routines, records and parent access.

CheerNexus is a cloud-based team-management platform for cheer coaches and programs. It brings roster and athlete profiles, recurring schedules, eligibility, uniform tracking and fundraising into one workspace. Coaches can also manage tryouts, plan routines and formations, record competition history, and broadcast announcements to coaches and parents. The product is aimed at solo coaches, small programs and mid-market organizations that need structured team administration rather than a general gym-management system.
According to the vendor's pricing page, CheerNexus uses paid plans with a 14-day trial and no credit card required. Starter covers roster, schedule, eligibility, uniforms and fundraising. Coach adds the routine and formation builder, tryout scoresheets, guest judge invitations and assistant-coach access. Program adds a parent portal, multiple organizations, and owner and director access. School includes the parent portal and multiple organizations with priority support. The routine builder is organized by sections and 8-count blocks, while the formation builder supports regulation-floor panels and sequential formations, giving coaches tools that map directly to cheer planning.
Platform fit is straightforward: deployment is through the web, with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar integrations for recurring team schedules and calendar export. The parent portal extends access to schedules, absence reporting, messaging, documents and finances, which can reduce back-and-forth between coaches and families. Programs that need attendance tracking or a mobile-specific experience should compare alternatives before choosing CheerNexus. Email is the listed support channel, so organizations that require broader support coverage may also want to evaluate other options. CheerNexus fits teams prioritizing tryouts, routine design, competition records and parent communication; it is less suited to operations centered on attendance workflows or native mobile access.
