CheerDeck brings cheer and dance club administration and competition production into one browser-based platform. Clubs can manage athlete, guardian, team and crossover rosters; classes, terms, attendance and camps; invoicing; waivers; and family communications. Parents can update details, sign waivers, and view or pay fees through the portal. Competition producers get tools for entries, divisions, eligibility, schedules, judging, live scoring, tabulation and published results. Its stated fit is small and mid-market organizations.
The pricing structure starts with a £0-per-month Free plan covering the parent portal, classes and attendance. Starter costs £29 per month and adds invoicing for private lessons, waivers and messaging. Growth costs £59 per month and adds camps, crossovers, reports and competition self-scheduling. Producer includes entries, panels, scoring, slot generation and tabulation with custom pricing. A 14-day free trial is available without a required card, and the published monthly prices are presented as examples that clubs set before launch.
Breadth is CheerDeck’s defining strength: a club can handle daily administration while producers coordinate event logistics in the same product family. The competition feature set extends from self-booking through eligibility, scheduling, judging and results, making it relevant to organizations that run both classes and events. The trade-off is a web-only deployment and a tier structure that separates producer functions from the club plans. Small gyms wanting a wide set of core tools at no cost should start with Free; clubs needing richer billing and communication can move to Starter or Growth. Organizations requiring native mobile software or a single tier for all producer and club work should consider alternatives.
