ChatKitty is a messaging platform for marketplace and community products that need direct or group chat inside an existing application. It supports channels, membership, message history, unread state, delivery and read receipts, typing state, presence, attachments, notifications, reactions, edits, deletes, reporting, blocking, and moderator controls. Deployment can run in the customer’s cloud or be managed by ChatKitty, with support for web, iOS, Android, Linux, and self-hosted environments.
The pricing structure is oriented toward implementation rather than a conventional public SaaS tier system. A Standard implementation costs $7,700 one time and covers one defined direct or group messaging workflow, an existing web application, staging deployment in the customer’s cloud, authentication and user identity integration, documentation, and production-launch support. Optional ongoing support costs $400 per month. Managed deployment starts at $950 per month, with cloud costs additional. A free plan is available, while the published pricing also shows $400 per month as a starting price.
