ChamberedIn combines membership records, dues collection, renewals, events, communications, and member access for chambers of commerce, business and professional associations, and networking groups. Organizations can manage member and company records, define membership plans and dues, accept online card payments, arrange bank payouts through Stripe Connect, and provide members with web, iOS, and Android access. The platform also supports directories, RSVPs, ticketing, recurring event schedules, reminders, and multiple communication channels.

Pricing offers two Premier billing options. Monthly Premier costs $499 per organization per month and includes 250 members, with an additional per-member charge after that allowance. Annual Premier costs $4,990 per organization per year, includes 250 members, and uses a separate annual additional-member rate. The Revenue Share option has no monthly or per-seat fee, includes unlimited seats, and charges 10% of chamber earnings; setup is sales-assisted. The pricing page currently advertises two months free for annual billing. Integrations include Stripe Connect, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Calendar, giving the product a practical fit for organizations combining billing with event scheduling and payouts.

ChamberedIn is a strong choice for organizations that want dues, member self-signup, automated failed-payment handling, renewals, events, and communications in one system with a mobile member app. CSV imports and invite links can support migration and enrollment, while roles and permissions help organize member and company records. It is less suitable for organizations seeking a free plan, a broader range of listed payment methods, or a simpler pricing structure: Premier has member allowances and additional-member charges, while Revenue Share ties cost to earnings. Groups that want mobile access and association-focused workflows should consider it; organizations needing different billing or payment requirements may prefer an alternative.
