CertShield is vendor insurance compliance software for US property managers and small to mid-size general contractors. It collects certificates of insurance, extracts coverage limits, expiration dates, and endorsements, and sends renewal reminders to vendors and insurance agents. Human review is applied to low-confidence and failing verdicts before they are published. The product is positioned for property management companies with approximately 20–2,000 units and contractors with 10–100 subcontractors.

The published monthly plans are Starter at $99, Pro at $249, and Business at $499. Starter includes AI certificate and endorsement checks, renewal reminders in English and Spanish, a traffic-light dashboard, an audit trail, and compliance report PDFs. Pro adds a priority document review queue, per-property requirements, a vendor magic-link portal, agent confirmations, fraud-risk signals, and owner reports. Business adds dedicated onboarding support, team roles and permissions, a white-label chase email address, W-9 and license tracking, plus a public API and webhooks.

CertShield fits teams that want a focused workflow for collecting, reviewing, tracking, and exporting insurance compliance records. CSV import, email forwarding, Zapier, REST API access, and webhooks provide several connection points, while the vendor portal supports passwordless uploads. Its audit trails and compliance, litigation, and property audit export packs are useful for documentation-heavy operations. Teams seeking native AppFolio or Buildium synchronization should note that those connections are listed as coming soon. CertShield is a strong fit for organizations prioritizing human-checked COI workflows; teams needing broader vendor assignment workflows or verified performance reporting should consider a different type of platform.
