CENTUMX Access Control is a cloud-based access management module for gyms, fitness clubs, leisure centres, and related facilities. It links entry with memberships and bookings, validates member access, and supports barcode cards, mobile QR credentials, identity verification, turnstiles, gates, smart locks, relay systems, and QR scanners. It suits operators that need facility access tied to a broader membership, booking, payment, and front-desk platform.
The vendor’s pricing page lists Starter at €240 per month and Growth at €490 per month. Starter includes core platform access, booking and scheduling, payments and billing, basic reporting, QR or digital access, and limited POS. Growth adds advanced reporting, POS and retail sales, inventory management, workflow automation, and CRM and segmentation. Access control is an add-on for Growth and included with Enterprise. Enterprise adds unlimited members, multi-site management, a white-label mobile app, full automation, custom reports, and API access. The pricing page also states a yearly option with a 15% saving, while a one-time deployment fee applies; standard onboarding is included, and Enterprise setup fees depend on requirements.
Its main strength is the breadth of supported entry hardware and credentials. Turnstiles, smart locks, relay systems, QR scanners, and third-party hardware can work alongside Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe. Multi-site management and access linked to bookings make it a fit for operators managing several facilities or controlled class entry. However, the platform is paid-only, web-based, and the Starter tier does not include access control. Choose CENTUMX when hardware integration and connected membership operations are priorities; smaller gyms seeking an included entry-control feature at the lowest tier may prefer a simpler alternative.
