Centerprism is a distribution ERP for established small and mid-size wholesale distributors of durable goods. It brings order entry, inventory, purchasing, pricing, customer management, warehouse operations, mobile workflows, reporting and financial workflows together on a shared database. The product supports distributors operating across one or several locations and is designed for organizations already working with Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Operational breadth is the main strength. Order entry includes cross-location inventory visibility, pricing rules and backorder control, while inventory tools cover demand planning, catalog items, alternates and kits. Purchase orders connect with forecasting and replenishment plans. Warehouse capabilities include receiving, picking, packing, bin management and inventory adjustments, with mobile scanning for warehouse and field workflows. PrismView adds live data views with filtering, grouping and drill-downs. Customer-specific, contract, volume and promotional pricing also support more involved distribution models.

Deployment can be handled on a customer’s own server, in a managed data center, or through Azure or AWS. The commercial structure is contact sales: implementation is fixed-fee, software is licensed with annual support, and warehouse management and ecommerce are licensed separately. That structure suits distributors seeking a configured ERP connected to their existing Dynamics GP environment, but it makes Centerprism a narrower choice for businesses wanting a standalone platform or a broad integration ecosystem. Organizations that need GP-connected purchasing, warehouse workflows, mobile scanning and ecommerce alignment should shortlist it; those without Dynamics GP or those seeking transparent self-service pricing should look elsewhere.
