CDM+ combines church-management software with accounting tools for churches, nonprofits, and other faith-based organizations. Its accounting module covers fund-based general ledger accounting, separate fund balances, annual and monthly budgets, concurrent budget tracking, payables, receivables, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, receipt capture, payroll posting, and recurring entries. Plans support smaller churches as well as organizations managing multiple programs or organizations.

Pricing is modular and billed monthly. CDM+ Essentials costs $25 per month and includes one program, hosting, Engage access, Help Center Support, and unlimited email and phone support; it is positioned around fundraising and registration. CDM+ Starter also costs $25 per month and adds membership and contributions. Accounting and Payroll begin with CDM+ Grow 1 at $50 per month, while Grow 2 costs $75 per month. CDM+ Core costs $100 per month and includes additional programs as an available option. CDM+ Choice costs $50 per month for any one program, additional programs, unlimited records, hosting, and support. CDM+ Complete costs $175 per month and includes all CDM+ programs, unlimited records, and unlimited concurrent users.

The accounting feature set suits organizations that need fund-level visibility rather than a basic income-and-expense register. Financial reports include balance sheets, trial balances, budget comparisons, and fund activity reports, while accounts payable supports vendor records, invoices, reimbursements, and receipts. Mobile receipt capture and expense reporting extend the hosted Windows and macOS setup to iOS and Android access. Choose CDM+ if accounting, payroll, contributions, membership, and multiple programs belong in one system. Organizations seeking only a simple accounting tool may find its church-management structure broader than necessary.
