Catermonkey is web-based software for caterers, event venues, food trucks, hotels and institutional food services. It brings customer management, branded proposals, quote creation, menu and product catalogues, recipe scaling, staff scheduling, event planning, purchasing, costing and invoicing into one workflow. The feature set suits growing caterers managing multiple teams, locations, recurring meal services or a broad mix of operational tasks, while its Starter plan also addresses smaller sole traders.
Pricing is structured around increasing operational depth. Starter costs €62.50 per month and includes CRM tools, quotes, invoicing, a calendar link and automatic kitchen lists. Fully Digital costs €125 per month and adds purchasing calculations, staff planning, reminders and menu engineering. King costs €246 per month and adds automatic workflows, a website link, a smart application form and a vehicle planner. A 14-day trial is available, and the Carefree Package costs €995 one time for account setup, offer and menu entry, website connection, quotation templates, and ingredient and material linking. Prices exclude VAT.
