Carrier 360 by J.B. Hunt is a free load board and carrier operations app for approved carriers, owner-operators, dispatchers and drivers. It supports J.B. Hunt brokerage, power-only and drayage freight through a desktop web experience and iPhone and Android apps. Carriers can search loads by location, miles, stops and equipment type, then place offers or book available loads in the app. The product is most relevant to fleets and independent operators already working with J.B. Hunt.

Its strongest angle is the breadth of the core workflow. Saved lane searches and personalized load recommendations help organize freight discovery, while driver assignment and fleet management connect dispatch work with execution. Shipment tracking, automated location updates, check calls and delivery-status updates keep shipment progress in one place. Push notifications cover loads, offers and check-call reminders. Document uploads, electronic invoicing, payment-status management and Quick Pay options extend the workflow beyond booking. Facility ratings and amenities information can also support location planning.

Carrier 360 has a straightforward pricing model: access is free for approved carriers. The main qualification is operational rather than tier-based, because J.B. Hunt requires carrier verification and onboarding before access to brokerage loads. Its platform coverage is broad across web, iOS and Android, but the integration surface is narrow, with API tracking listed as the integration. That makes it a practical fit for carriers centered on J.B. Hunt freight and seeking one place for load management, fleet coordination and payment administration. Carriers needing a broader multi-board ecosystem or more extensive third-party connectivity should consider an alternative.
