A capable signage platform for organizations that need control, workflows, and emergency messaging.

Carousel Digital Signage is a cloud-based content management platform for corporate, education, and government organizations managing communications across distributed screens. Teams can create content with templates, images, text, videos, and drag-and-drop uploads, then schedule playlists, recurring bulletins, and automatic expirations. It supports dedicated signage players as well as web-based feeds, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices, making it suitable for organizations coordinating visual information across multiple environments.
Its strongest fit is operational control. Content approval workflows, role-based permissions, custom user roles, and zone-scoped access help separate publishing responsibilities across teams or locations. The player dashboard supports remote configuration, updates, tags, and channel changes. Full-screen emergency alerts use the Common Alert Protocol, while cached playback keeps content available during connectivity interruptions. Dynamic sources include RSS, weather, calendars, webpages, YouTube, and Power BI, and the REST API supports programmatic management and integrations with services such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace tools, Canva, Slack, and iCal.
Pricing is subscription-based and charged per player monthly. Core costs $25 per player per month, has a 10-player minimum, supports 200 traditional signage players, includes 50 GB of media storage, and provides self-guided onboarding. Pro costs $22 per player per month, requires 30 players, includes 500 GB of storage, Power BI, guided onboarding, and additional support. Enterprise uses contact-sales pricing and adds white-glove service, custom design, and onsite training. Carousel is a strong choice for organizations that need approvals, emergency communication, remote player management, and varied data feeds. Smaller deployments may find the minimum player requirements less suitable.
