Our verdict on CarePoint365
CarePoint365 is a cloud care management and workforce platform for residential care homes, supported living, complex care and domiciliary care providers. Its strongest fit is operators seeking tools for staffing and day-to-day operations: the Workforce package brings together rostering, HR, time and attendance, employee records, and timesheet and payroll preparation. Web, iOS and Android access supports use across devices, while the wider product also includes recruitment, CRM and property maintenance capabilities.
Workforce is priced at £175 per location per month, billed monthly. Recruitment is a separate £100 per month plan, with vacancy publishing, AI-assisted applications, document verification, checks and interview scheduling through Outlook and Teams. Care Operations covers care planning, CRM for enquiries and occupancy, and property maintenance; those modules are quoted after a demo. Care planning is labelled “launching soon,” so operators who need that capability now should confirm its availability before choosing the platform. The published features focus on workforce and operations rather than clinical records or medication management.
Microsoft alignment is a notable part of the product’s fit: CarePoint365 lists Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Teams, Outlook and Power BI integrations, alongside reporting and analytics.
