CarCEO PRO brings rental bookings, vehicle records, digital agreements, customer management and financial reporting together for independent and multi-branch rental operators. Its vehicle overview covers location, status, utilization, fuel and mileage, while booking tools support check-in and check-out. Digital agreements include e-signatures and PDF export; customer records can include ID checks, damage history and risk scores. The emphasis is on running rental operations and tracking vehicle revenue, rather than serving as a broad fleet safety and compliance suite. It is a stronger fit for rental businesses than for organizations seeking fleet software centered on driver safety or compliance programs.

The plans scale from a free Starter tier to paid monthly subscriptions. Starter includes digital contracts and PDF, customer management, a basic public website and email support. Office costs $29 per month and adds bookings, damage inspection reports, WhatsApp and email automation, fleet management and GPS, an accounting dashboard and a full website builder. Ultimate is $129 per month, with CRM and customer tracking, bookings, damage reports, automation, contracts and invoices, and GPS integration. Enterprise costs $399 per month and adds multi-branch management, advanced roles and permissions, API access, custom integrations, a dedicated account team and priority support. The published Starter description covers up to two vehicles; the cheapest paid plan is listed for up to 10.

The operational depth is most relevant where booking coordination, rental paperwork, messaging and vehicle-level financial visibility need to sit together. WhatsApp is a named integration, and the product is web-based and cloud-deployed. GPS is included on paid plans according to the pricing page, although other vendor feature text describes live GPS on every plan, so buyers should clarify that distinction before selecting a tier. Choose CarCEO PRO for rental-centered booking, agreements, damage records and revenue oversight; consider a broader fleet platform if safety and compliance are central requirements.
