Canvitrid Asset Manager review
A broad asset and maintenance platform for smaller operational teams.

Canvitrid Asset Manager is an enterprise asset management and CMMS platform for industrial and operational teams. It brings together lifecycle records, custom fields, parent-child hierarchies, asset mapping, geolocation, health scoring, work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, defects, compliance records, reliability metrics, capital planning, and analytics. Field teams can use QR-led workflows through offline-capable iOS and Android apps, while operational teams can query data with AI Chat on the Business plan.
The plan structure supports different deployment sizes, although each tier has a distinct operating profile. The 14-day Free trial includes a core asset register, email support, and up to 1,000 assets. Professional includes 200 assets, requires at least 20 users, and adds 24-hour priority support. Business includes 1,000 assets, requires at least 50 users, adds 8-hour phone support, SSO and advanced RBAC, and includes AI Chat powered by Gemini. Enterprise offers unlimited assets, a 100+ user minimum, a 2-hour 24/7 SLA, private cloud or on-premises deployment, and white-labelling.
Its strongest fit is for teams that need more than a basic maintenance register: Canvitrid covers preventive schedules driven by calendars and meters, inspections with photos and signatures, defect and CAPA management, MTBF, MTTR, availability, lifecycle costing, capital replacement planning, and ISO 55001-aligned conformity workflows. Offline mobile execution and parts linking also suit field-based operations. Smaller teams should review the user minimums and asset allocation carefully, while organizations needing unlimited assets, private deployment, or formal service commitments should consider Enterprise. Teams seeking a narrower, simpler maintenance tool may find this broader feature set unnecessary.
