Campground Master review
A Windows desktop system for campground reservations, billing and operations.

Campground Master is a Windows desktop reservation and property-operations system from Cottonwood Software, LLC. It is aimed at campgrounds, RV parks and other rental businesses, and may suit mobile home park operators whose work resembles campground-style reservations. Its core tools track reservations and transactions, display interactive occupancy maps, and handle check-ins, check-outs and receipts. For parks that need those workflows in a Windows environment, it brings reservations and day-to-day operations into one system; it is not positioned as dedicated mobile-home-park software.
Its feature set extends into recurring charges and site operations: monthly billing, email invoices, electric-meter batch entry and charge calculation, custom transaction reports, integrated credit-card processing, and optional point-of-sale and inventory functions. QuickBooks Pro export and online reservations through the Hercules booking engine are the named ecosystem connections. Online booking therefore relies on that integration rather than a built-in resident portal. The software can run without internet access, and optional networking supports multiple workstations and remote access. These features make it a closer fit for operators prioritizing campground reservations, occupancy and meter billing than resident-facing mobile tools or specialized park-management workflows.
The published plans show a $795 one-time license for one computer at a single property, with unlimited campsites at that property. The single-computer option with printed manual and CD is $890; downloads for two or three computers cost $1,295, or $1,390 with manual and CD. Updates and technical support renewal cost $100 per year. A fully functional trial lasts 30 days, and the free demo is feature-limited with no time limit. Phone, email and documentation are support channels, and the stated refund period is 90 days. Choose it if a Windows desktop system and campground-style operations match your needs; look elsewhere if you require a resident portal, mobile app or a purpose-built mobile-home-park platform.
