Calilio is a cloud-based business phone system for solopreneurs, small businesses, growing teams, call centers, and larger organizations. Its core offering combines virtual phone numbers, inbound and outbound calling, SMS and MMS, voicemail, call routing, recording, analytics, and a shared Callbox inbox. Numbers are available in more than 100 countries, making the product particularly relevant for international teams that need multiple business lines across markets. Access is provided through the web, iOS, Android, and a Chrome extension.

Pricing is organized around Standard, Premium, and Enterprise. Standard costs $15 per user per month when billed monthly or $12 per user per month when billed annually, and supports up to 10 users with calling and messaging, voicemail, basic call analytics, and one free local US or Canada number. Premium costs $35 monthly or $28 annually per user and adds unlimited users, IVR, business hours, a power dialer, live call monitoring, AI call reporting, and 24/7 customer support. Enterprise uses a custom usage-based plan with a dedicated account manager, developer support, phone and WhatsApp support, and additional free calls and SMS. Phone numbers and call/SMS usage are billed separately.

The feature depth is strongest in call management and reporting. IVR menus, custom routing, call forwarding, business-hours routing, voicemail transcription, recording, sentiment analysis, and AI call reports give teams more control than a basic calling tool. Calilio also supports LeadHeed, Pipedrive, and Pabbly Connect, though its integration coverage is limited. Choose it if international number coverage, routing, messaging, and call oversight matter more than a broad software ecosystem. Teams seeking extensive integrations or a free starting tier should consider an alternative.
