Buttons for Cleaners brings scheduling, work orders, contracts, time registration, invoicing and mobile staff tools into one system. It is designed for professional cleaning, window-cleaning, industrial-cleaning and related service companies, with a particular fit for commercial teams managing recurring services, field personnel, vehicles and materials. The platform runs on web, iOS and Android, and supports customer signatures, navigation and assignment access for staff in the field.
Pricing is organized into two plans. Flex costs €185 per month, excluding VAT, and is aimed at small to medium-sized businesses. It includes scheduling, digital work orders, time tracking, invoicing and the mobile app. Flex + FacilityApps is intended for large businesses, with pricing available through sales. Accounting exports connect with Exact, WinBooks, Snelstart, Yuki, AFAS, Sage, Multivers, Jortt, Moneybird, e-Boekhouden.nl, Silvasoft, Acumulus, OnlineBoekhouden and InformerOnline. Mollie payment links are also supported.
The strongest case for Buttons for Cleaners is its coverage of the operational workflow: plan assignments, record time and check-ins, complete digital work orders, collect signatures, generate invoice proposals and support staff with documents and HR requests. Its breadth may suit companies that want fewer separate tools across office and field operations. The trade-off is cost: smaller cleaning businesses with simple scheduling needs may find the €185 monthly starting point difficult to justify. Larger organizations should assess the sales-led FacilityApps tier, while teams seeking a lighter or free scheduling tool should consider another option.
