BUSY is accounting and GST billing software for small and medium-sized businesses in India. It combines financial accounting, ledgers, vouchers, invoicing, receivables, payables, inventory, reporting and GST workflows. Its Windows desktop software is complemented by cloud access and Android and iOS mobile apps. Businesses managing stock, multiple companies, warehouses, orders or production will find a broader feature set than a basic bookkeeping tool.

According to the vendor's pricing page, the free Express plan includes billing and accounting, multiple companies and financial years, invoices, receipts, inventory, journal vouchers, profit and loss, and balance sheet reporting. The paid perpetual plans are Basic at INR 11,000 one-time, Standard at INR 16,500 one-time and Enterprise at INR 22,000 one-time. Basic adds multiple-godown inventory, access rights and ledger reconciliation; Standard adds complete GST accounting, orders, quotations, batch-wise inventory, BOM and production planning; Enterprise adds multi-branch management, offline operation, branch reporting, multiple GSTINs, payroll, indent and call management.

The annual BUSY Magic plans start with Start at INR 5,000 per year and add capabilities progressively. Smart at INR 8,000 adds GST reconciliation, filing, GSTR-1/IFF dashboards, e-way bills, e-invoices and voucher auditing. Power at INR 12,000 adds multiple GSTINs, client and SQL support, and premium voice support, while Power+ at INR 50,000 adds higher usage limits and large-enterprise positioning. GST is added separately, and the published trial lasts 15 days without requiring a credit card. Choose BUSY for India-focused accounting with inventory, GST and manufacturing depth; businesses seeking a wider integration ecosystem may prefer another option.
