Business Manager Enterprise (BME) is an integrated ERP framework for growing businesses with complex or customized operations. It brings together CRM, sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, warehousing, projects, contracts, assets, helpdesk, document management and HR capabilities. Its feature set suits SMBs managing supply chains, warehouses, production, field service or multiple companies. Browser access is available alongside optional iOS and Android applications, while deployment can be SaaS, self-hosted or on-premise. Licensing is based on concurrent connections rather than named users.

Pricing is structured around Standard and Premium subscriptions. Standard costs £44 per concurrent user per month when billed monthly, or £528 per concurrent user per year when billed annually. It includes sales, purchasing, stock and order processing, CRM, quotations, document management, transaction reporting, support and hosting. Premium costs £66 per concurrent user per month, or £792 per concurrent user per year, and adds integrated project management, asset and service management, integrated accounting at a reduced rate, and advanced support with toll-free telephone and SLA availability. A Perpetual option includes all modules, self-hosted or chosen-ISP hosting, a free test system before go-live, and annual support beginning at go-live.

BME’s main strength is breadth: businesses can manage prospect and customer records, graphical sales pipelines, quotations, orders, bills of materials, manufacturing, warehouses, resources, contracts, assets, helpdesk work and controlled documents in one framework. Multi-company and multi-currency support also fits organizations with more involved operating structures. QuickBooks and Xero integrations, APIs for third-party systems, and import support extend the ecosystem. Choose BME if your organization needs ERP coverage that reaches beyond core finance and inventory. A narrower tool may be preferable if you need a simpler system or a more fully detailed accounting experience.
