Bullwork Automation brings estimating, AI planset takeoffs, project management and back-office accounting into one contractor-focused platform. Its native double-entry general ledger supports chart of accounts, journal entries, profit and loss, balance sheets, accounts payable commitments, accounts receivable aging and live bid-versus-actual job variance. WIP schedules, cash-flow forecasting, payroll, scheduling, daily logs, RFIs, change orders, and no-login client and subcontractor portals extend the scope. General, specialty and remodeling contractors can use it through a web platform, with support for solo, small and mid-market organizations.

Pricing is seat-based and billed monthly. Solo costs $99 per month for the entire platform, one seat and five AI bids and takeoffs monthly; added seats cost $40 per month. Crew is $249 per month with five seats and 10 AI bids and takeoffs, while Pro is $499 per month with 12 seats and 20 AI bids and takeoffs. Both also include the entire platform, with additional seats at $40 per month. In Your Corner costs $1,500 per month and adds done-with-you estimating, books and certified payroll, flexible seats and bid volume, data migration, book setup, personal onboarding and support. This structure suits contractors seeking bundled capabilities without assembling separate accounting and project tools.

Bullwork's strongest fit is for teams that want construction accounting tied directly to operational records. Native payroll includes California overtime and labor burden, while federal WH-347 and California DIR eCPR XML generation address specific reporting workflows. QuickBooks export plus CSV and Excel import/export support data movement, and e-signature is included among the integrations. The ecosystem is narrower than products centered on many third-party connectors, so contractors dependent on extensive app integrations may prefer an alternative. Choose Bullwork for native financial control, job costing and contractor workflows; look elsewhere if broad integration coverage or a free plan is essential.
