Buildtable review
A focused workspace for turning player feedback and playtest reports into tracked game work.

Buildtable is a web-based game studio management workspace for indie studios and small development teams. It brings bug tracking, public report submission, playtesting feedback, release and version management, initiatives, and task organization into one product. Game teams can use it to collect issues from players or playtesters, organize reports with priority and source tags, and move work through Kanban-style triage. Its support for Unity, Unreal, Godot, GameMaker, and custom engines makes it relevant to teams with different development stacks.
The current plan structure keeps the entry point simple. The free tier includes Bug Center and Tasks, and supports one game and two team members. That gives a small team a way to centralize reports, assign priorities, organize tasks into sections, and track work without starting with a paid subscription. Paid subscription plans are planned for the future, so Buildtable’s present value is concentrated in its free workspace rather than a range of paid tiers with different limits or controls.
Buildtable’s strongest fit is its combination of player-facing intake and internal game project organization. Public bug submission portals and structured playtesting feedback can help teams turn external observations into triageable work, while game versions, releases, and initiatives provide a place to connect bugs with patches, features, and larger overhauls. Teams that want a dedicated game workflow across several engines should find the feature mix well aligned with that need. It is less suitable for organizations that need paid-plan choices today, support beyond the web platform, or a larger free-team allowance. Those teams should consider a broader project management or support platform instead.
