A flexible property management stack with free payments and paid operational modules.

Building Stack is cloud property management software for landlords, property managers and real estate organizations. It brings together building, unit, tenant and lease records with rent collection, tenant communications, maintenance management, document storage, digital signatures and reporting. Tenants can use the portal to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, view lease information and access building documents. Web, iOS and Android access supports building operators and tenants across common devices.
Its modular pricing structure is the main distinction. Online Payments is free per month and includes building and space information, a tenant portal, online rent payments, automatic payments, no-fee bank transfers, and credit and debit card payments. Core Platform costs 125 per month and adds unlimited employee accounts, lease management, owner and vendor management, and balance and bills tracking. Marketing costs 315 per month and adds listing generation, automatic ad publication, multi-channel syndication, customizable websites and ad performance reports. Communication also costs 315 per month, adding maintenance requests, email, SMS and voice notifications, a team map and ticket-management SLA. Full Stack costs 499 per month and combines Core, Marketing and Communication. Paid plans require a one-year contract.
Building Stack fits operators who want to select capabilities rather than adopt every module at once. Its ecosystem includes Hopem Primmo, Yardi Voyager, QuickBooks, Sage, Salesforce, Zapier, Slack, Google Sheets, Trello and Asana. Operational coverage extends from lease renewals and security-deposit tracking to maintenance work orders with assignment, filtering, notifications and SLAs. The tradeoff is accounting depth: organizations seeking more extensive accounting functionality may prefer a leading suite. Building operators prioritizing modular plans, tenant self-service and maintenance workflows should consider it; teams needing deeper accounting should look elsewhere.
