BSAntiCheat is an open-source, self-hosted Minecraft anti-cheat plugin for administrators running Paper or Folia servers. Its coverage spans movement, combat, world interaction, vehicles, inventory, XRay and packet-level behavior. Checks include speed, fly, teleport, ground spoofing, Elytra and Riptide speed, reach, KillAura, AimSnap, Nuker, FastPlace, Scaffold, FastBreak, AutoClicker, BadPackets, Timer, crash protection, packet flooding, InventoryMove, ChestStealer, FastUse, BowSpam and AutoTotem. It suits solo and small server operators who want configurable detection rather than a hosted service.
The feature depth is centered on detection control and enforcement. Violation levels can decay, while configurable punishment tiers, console commands, alerts and optional setbacks provide several response paths. A report-only calibration workflow lets administrators tune thresholds before enabling punishments. XRay detection uses ore thresholds, ore-to-stone ratios, rare-ore combinations and restricted-world zones. Replay analysis adds another way to review behavior, while SQLite and plaintext fallback logging support record keeping. These controls are useful for servers that need to adjust detection behavior to their gameplay and moderation policies.
Ecosystem fit is strongest on the Paper and Folia stack. PacketEvents is required for packet-level checks, and integrations include LuckPerms, PlaceholderAPI, Geyser, Floodgate, ViaVersion, Discord webhooks and bStats. The repository documents Paper 1.21.10+ and Folia support, with the Maven project built against the Paper 1.21.10 API. Choose BSAntiCheat if you manage a compatible server and want wide, configurable checks in an open-source plugin. Choose another option if you need a different server platform, a hosted deployment, or minimal administrator configuration.
