Brynsights is Brynson’s business-intelligence platform for multifamily property operators. It brings marketing, operations, asset-management and financial data into portfolio-wide dashboards, reporting and analytics. Teams can track Internet Listing Service performance, listing conversions, unit-level rent comps and competitor concessions, while also managing billing audits and fee-transparency compliance workflows. Its audience spans small, mid-market and enterprise portfolios, with particular relevance for teams seeking affordable marketing analytics across multiple properties.

The published plans show a paid monthly structure. Brynsights Standard costs $199 per property per month and includes a portfolio directory, syndication, digital curb appeal audits, quarterly audits, conversion data and consolidated billing. Brynsights Professional costs $1.5 per unit per month and adds competitor analysis, portfolio intelligence dashboards, unlimited partner integrations, single sign-on and advanced Ask Paul AI recommendations. Brynsights Enterprise costs $2.5 per unit per month, adding Paul execution across connected platforms, unlimited custom reports and the highest level of support and customization. A separate Fee Transparency Compliance Monitor costs $49 per property per month for daily fee audits, visual evidence archives, alerts and timestamped auditing. Brynson states that starting rates may vary by portfolio size and that volume discounts are available.

Integration coverage is a central advantage. Brynsights connects with Apartments.com, Zillow, Rent.com, Zumper, Rentable, AptList, Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, AppFolio, MRI, RemoteLandlord, Engrain, EliseAI and Perq. Ask Paul supports natural-language queries, recommendations and alerts, while Enterprise can execute actions across connected platforms. Unified billing, invoice auditing, automated reports and compliance evidence archives broaden the operational scope beyond marketing dashboards. Multifamily teams that value connected leasing and financial intelligence should find a close fit; organizations centered primarily on occupancy or maintenance metrics, or those needing mobile-native access, may need another system.

  • Where it doesn't
    • No free plan; every listed offering is a paid monthly tier
    • Web-only access may not fit teams requiring native mobile apps
    • Teams focused on occupancy or maintenance metrics may need another system
